We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Presales Professional to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing winning bid strategies, building opportunities from scratch, and delivering high-quality proposals that meet client expectations.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to create compelling bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch.
  • Conceptualize solutions and represent them through engaging presentations.
  • Owning the overall delivery of proposals, ensuring timely, quality, and 100% compliance.
  • Define and implement achievable bid plans, including schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Interface with internal teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including price negotiation.
  • Represent clients and demonstrate products/solutions.
  • Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Guide teams to improve skills, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.
  • Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
  • Support cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Maintain 100% repository update and MIS compliance for the entire team.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an IT Presales role or similar position.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of proposal writing and bid management.
  • Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
  • Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
