At CSM Technologies, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Presales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT presales and an MBA/PGDM qualification.
About the RoleThis is a key opportunity for a Presales Consultant with expertise in developing winning bid strategies, building opportunities from scratch, and delivering high-quality proposals on time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze bid pricing competitiveness, and provide benchmarking data. Proficiency in presentation tools and software is also essential.
This role involves working closely with the Business Development team, internal teams, and external stakeholders to create compelling bids and ensure timely delivery. The selected candidate will represent clients, demonstrate products/solutions, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
We're looking for a Presales Consultant who can not only deliver results but also guide their team to improve quality and on-time deliverables. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for proposal writing and bid management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop winning bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch
- Conceptualize solutions and represent them through PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure on-time, quality, and 100% compliance with proposals
- Define and implement achievable bid plans, including schedules, resources, and budget requirements
- Interface with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids
- Represent clients and demonstrate products/solutions
- Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Guide the team to improve quality and on-time deliverables
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an IT Presales Consultant or similar role
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels
- In-depth knowledge of proposal writing and bid management
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and software
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively
