We are a leading agricultural technology company looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to drive our talent acquisition and management initiatives.

About the Role:

We require an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partner roles. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment efforts, foster employee engagement, and drive HR initiatives to support organizational growth.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Hiring Strategies: Develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Employer Branding: Promote DeHaat's reputation as a great place to work through social media, events, and partnerships.
  3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill current and future organizational needs.

HR Business Partnering Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Alignment: Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
  3. Change Management: Support organizational changes by coaching leaders and teams through transitions.
  4. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  5. Performance Management: Support managers in conducting appraisals and setting performance goals.
  6. Employee Engagement: Drive programs to foster a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and retain talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Proven track record in hiring top talent and influencing business outcomes through HR initiatives.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
