We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager II to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager II, you will be responsible for managing a defined regional territory, achieving sales revenue targets, and representing the company in accordance with its policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales within your defined regional territory
  • Achieve sales revenue targets by promoting Kanghui products to doctors/specialists
  • Practice effective account management, KOL management, promote products, maintain product and technical competency, and provide market information on a timely basis

Key Accountabilities:

  • Secondary AOP responsibility
  • Responsible for achieving Secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue
  • Ensure coverage of all accounts on the basis of customer segmentation within the territory, in agreement with the manager, to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/B Pharma/BE/BTech in Biomedical Engineering/Bio-instrumentation/Electronics
  • PG degree in Business Management (preferred)
  • 4-6 years' sales experience
  • Selling of knowledge-based products from MNC/company of repute
  • Experience in managing/mentoring team members (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
