Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead sales operations in Patna and surrounding regions for MARS Cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales targets and revenue growth within the designated area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and beauty professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
