Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Aurolab. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the surgical products market.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from existing and new customers. Your expertise in demand generation, relationship-building, and product knowledge will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from existing and new customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and internal teams;
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for region allocated;
- Implement sales processes without deviation to ensure desired results;
- Collect competitor information and share insights with the Area manager;
- Meet monthly targets for OR visits with specific objectives;
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases and 360-degree files;
- Stay updated on technical knowledge and industry trends;
- Ethical promotion and strict adherence to company culture;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum;
