Sales Executive Role and Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating demand for Aurolab's surgical products through regular visits to assigned customers and maintaining good relationships. They must have in-depth knowledge of the products and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet monthly growth targets assigned by the organisation
  • Maintain a call average of 6 per day
  • Have at least 10 OR visits per month with specific objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases regularly

Other Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with dealers to ensure smooth supply chain and data entry
  • Implement sales strategies and processes without deviation
  • Collect competitor information and share it with the Area manager
  • Maintain customer 360-degree files for target focus, performance, and achievements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures
