Job Description

Talent Fanatics Consultancy is seeking an experienced Optical Sales Specialist to join our team in Patna. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in the field of ophthalmology sales.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can achieve sales targets by generating demand for our product portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors in the territory, promoting our products, and organizing CMEs and patient-oriented activities.
  • You will also be responsible for handling inventory, secondary sales, claim settlement, and receivables with local dealers.
Educational Requirements
  • A B.Sc., B. Pharm, or Optometry degree is essential.
  • Formal marketing or business qualifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in IOL selling is required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Target: Achieve sales volume/mix objectives and improve sales mix by working in sync with the marketing, medical team, and local/regional leadership.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain healthy professional relationships with doctors, promote products, and generate demand through regular presentations, CMEs, and patient-oriented activities.
  3. Sales Channel Management: Effectively handle inventory, secondary sales, claim settlement, and receivables with local dealers.
  4. Reports: Prepare and present quarterly performance summaries at cycle meetings.
  5. Sales Promotion Activities: Organize Round Table Meetings, In-Hospital Meetings, Para-medical Staff Awareness Meetings, Video-Conferences Medical Meetings, Faculty Driven CMEs, and other social awareness activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Pharma or Bachelor in Optometry.
  • Formal Marketing or Business qualification is essential.
  • Relevant experience in the Surgical Industry only.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes is essential.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational/planning skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
