IT Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Presales Consultant to join our team at CSM Technologies. As an integral part of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing winning bid strategies and creating compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT Presales or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering engaging presentations to customers and providing exceptional technical writing skills. In-depth knowledge of proposal writing and bid management is essential, along with proficiency in presentation tools and software.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Business Development team to create comprehensive bid plans, including schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to customers, showcasing our company's solutions and services.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet 100% compliance standards.
- Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data to support informed decision-making.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and ensure quality deliverables.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in IT Presales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of proposal writing and bid management.
- Proficiency in presentation tools and software.
- Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
