Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire and retain corporate clients, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and generating leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different sectors, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Create customized proposals that align with client requirements, leading negotiations to close deals.
  • Metric Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.
  • Proven ability to engage with clients from various industries, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals and service agreements.
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships through CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and develop actionable insights.
