Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at The Intellify® in Ahmedabad. As a full-time on-site role, this position involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Cultivate strong business partnerships through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Manage accounts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and revenue generation with a focus on new business development
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of software development processes is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
