This function comprises colleagues engaged in business planning, business development, client order fulfillment, and sales capability building. Leveraging world-class processes, cutting-edge technology, and analytics, the Sales function ensures the achievement of business growth objectives.

About the Position

This role is responsible for optimizing Ad revenue from allocated verticals. The successful candidate will stimulate client spends through innovative and print-plus options, while maintaining and updating information regarding clients, advertising volumes, and revenues, both internally and in relation to competition.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Revenue

Optimize Ad revenue for allocated verticals through regular servicing and customized propositions.

Client Deals

Appropriate deals, proposals, and concepts to client and agency requirements, including integrated deals covering print, TV, internet, radio, and outdoor advertising.

Team and Coordination

Internal team meetings and discussions with NVH and MH on projections and upcoming initiatives, as well as Ad tracking - self and competition.

Team development - assigning new clients, projects, and tasks to team members for their enhancement.

Operations

Backend operations - Ad placements, billing issues, MOUs, and feasibility of projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Sales or Marketing.

13 to 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Effective communication (external and internal) skills.
  • Presentation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to deliver within strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, clients, and agency businesses.
