Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
• In charge of the overall local sales activity for the respective branch and team
• Well-versed with all the products of air and ocean freight imports and exports, realize sales targets, execute the sales strategy, visit existing and potential customers, understand needs, coordinate with pricing and CS team, and monitor end-to-end shipment process
• Managing team and given responsibility and making them achieve the team targets
• Talent acquisition and development, create and nurture team spirit within the sales team and with other team members of the company
• Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes
• Responsible for timely collection of payments from customers and of team
• Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas
• Keep the client and internal team timely updated regarding shipment status
• Actively participate and support new product development as per the organization's guidelines
• For team - create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct weekly business reviews
