Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for promoting our products and services, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

3. Conduct research to identify potential prospects and follow up on leads.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

2. 0-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
