Customer Success Manager

We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success Team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals and drive success metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted business advisor to clients, providing guidance on achieving their business objectives and success metrics.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Track and analyze bot performance, driving metrics like CSAT, NPS, Adoption, and Usage for clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
- Be a passionate advocate for customer experience, influencing product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with excellent listening skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated product and consumer thinking throughout your career.
- Hands-on and a quick learner, comfortable with learning new technology.
- Basic tech skills, with knowledge of Python a plus.
