We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success Team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals and drive success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to clients, providing guidance on achieving their business objectives and success metrics.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze bot performance, driving metrics like CSAT, NPS, Adoption, and Usage for clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Be a passionate advocate for customer experience, influencing product roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with excellent listening skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated product and consumer thinking throughout your career.
  • Hands-on and a quick learner, comfortable with learning new technology.
  • Basic tech skills, with knowledge of Python a plus.
