We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Haptik, a leading Conversational Commerce company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transforming the conversational AI landscape in the world.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted business advisor to our clients, helping them effectively leverage our chatbots to drive impact in mission-critical areas of their organization.
- Work closely with a variety of clients from top corporates, to fast-growing startups, to top eCommerce and internet companies in India.
- Act as a bridge between our clients' needs and our product, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement customized success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, platform, UX, and product, to drive company growth and innovation.
