SAP Customer Success Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive business value and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support.
- Monitor and report on customer health, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and SAP product updates to provide expert guidance to customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions and industry trends a plus.
