About the Role:

The Customer Success Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring our customers achieve success with our products and platforms. This role involves developing success plans, leading technical engagements, and collaborating with internal and external teams to remove technical, process, and program blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers realize value from our products and platforms
  • Lead technical engagements with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop proof of concepts and programs
  • Oversee implementation projects to ensure technical, process, and program blockers are removed
