About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Scatter. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and ensure a robust Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Manage large-scale campaigns and track projects using CRM systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Understand clients' marketing objectives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects
  • Conduct regular check-ins and arrange performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative and executable solutions
  • Organize regular client training sessions and workshops to educate them on content marketing and industry developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment
  • Clear understanding of content marketing and familiarity with digital marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to appreciate data and other metrics
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and collaboration software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts across multiple departments
