About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at ekincare. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and profitability
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients
  • Evaluate and improve our communication infrastructure to enhance the customer experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of our product and services to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the health tech industry
  • MBA graduate or pursuing a master's degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
