- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative and executable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Clear understanding of content marketing and familiarity with digital marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to appreciate data and other metrics.
- Prior experience with monthly revenue reporting and MIS reporting.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and collaboration software.
