About the Role

We are seeking a driven and confident Customer Success Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, building relationships, and driving product adoption to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will focus on five key areas: onboarding, deployment, adoption, expansion, and customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the Delivery Services Team and AVEVA partners to define architecture, identify and prioritize the rollout, and recommend AVEVA Services or Support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, experience in leading staff of different roles and levels, and ability to travel globally to customer sites and AVEVA offices. They should also have a strong understanding of project and program management methodology and techniques, as well as experience with AVEVA software products or similar products.

How to Succeed

The success of a Customer Success Manager will be measured based on customer satisfaction score, customer success plan creation and execution, customer scorecard progress and rating, and number of qualified opportunities transferred to account managers. Other measures of success will be discussed, reviewed, and agreed to with the Director of Customer Success.
