We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Haptik. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for working closely with our enterprise clients to help them achieve their business goals.

This is a managerial role where you will deal directly with our valued clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our conversational AI platform.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from top corporates to fast-growing startups, each with unique needs and requirements. As a trusted business advisor, you will help them effectively leverage our chatbots to drive impact in mission-critical areas of their organization.

At Haptik, Customer Success sits at the nexus of sales, platform, UX, and product, helping to drive company growth and transforming the conversational AI landscape. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a consultative business partner to our largest customers, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Act as a business advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and success metrics
  • Track and drive ROI for clients under your management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external, to drive business growth
  • Be the user experience and solutioning expert, guiding the team to build right conversational experiences to solve client issues
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in Account Management/Client handling Profiles
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstration of good product and consumer thinking during his/her career
  • Hands-on and a quick learner, comfortable with learning new technology
