Our Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our customers, including Fortune 100 companies. They will build strong relationships, become a trusted advisor, and service customer needs efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Understanding customer goals, initiatives, and value realization
- Driving customer success and expansion opportunities
- Service customer needs in an efficient and seamless manner
- Driving improvements in AVEVA processes and policies
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in leading staff and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to travel globally and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills
- Experience with project and program management methodology
- Foreign language proficiency a plus
