Customer Success Manager

Sinch, a global leader in Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions group, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and engagement across our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for customer needs within Sinch to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Customer Success or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and engagement, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
