Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention campaigns to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Leverage CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap) for targeted segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and feedback to implement effective retention strategies.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives. Your ability to monitor and optimize key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value is crucial in this role.

Your A/B testing skills will enable you to continuously improve retention outcomes. Your strong analytical skills will help derive insights from customer data, while your creative problem-solving skills will enable you to design innovative retention campaigns.

Your estimated annual salary will be around $90,000 - $120,000, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
