To achieve this goal, we seek an experienced Customer Experience and Retention Expert to spearhead our loyalty program initiatives and foster long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute loyalty strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and customer behavior to refine loyalty initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in loyalty program management and customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
