Customer Retention Strategist

The AGM - Loyalty Program/Loyalty Head will be responsible for designing and executing customer loyalty strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical and data interpretation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in loyalty program management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development, execution, and management of loyalty programs.
- Design strategies to improve customer retention and enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management and customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2200000 per annum. Based on location (Bengaluru) and industry standards.
