Marketing Retention Strategist

As a Growth Marketing Manager - Retention, you will play a key role in driving the long-term success of our customer base. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to retain existing customers, enhance user engagement, and reduce churn.
About the Role:
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and customer success teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize the overall customer lifecycle experience.
- You'll design and implement data-driven strategies focused on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, etc.).
- Key Responsibilities include retention strategy development, customer segmentation, campaign execution, churn reduction, cross-functional collaboration, A/B testing & optimization, data analysis & reporting, customer journey mapping, and retention tools & technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of retention-focused marketing channels, including email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- A comfortable working knowledge of data and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive decision-making.
- An analytical mindset to extract insights from data and test, iterate, and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Twid's headquarters in Singapore and Bangalore.
