Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and repeat purchases, a key metric for our business growth. With 1-2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, you will develop and execute retention campaigns to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.

This role requires hands-on experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap for targeted segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking. You will analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and feedback to implement effective retention strategies.

Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will align retention efforts with overall business objectives. Monitoring and optimizing key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value is crucial in this role.

A/B testing campaigns to continuously improve retention outcomes is also an essential aspect of this job. Your strong analytical skills will help derive insights from customer data, while your creative problem-solving skills will enable you to design innovative retention campaigns.

Your salary will be $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package with significant growth opportunities.
