Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases, a key metric for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retention strategies that directly impact customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement retention campaigns to boost customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Utilize CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap) for targeted segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and feedback to develop effective retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize retention efforts with overall business objectives.
- Track and optimize key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Evaluate and refine campaigns to continuously enhance 1-2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
Perks:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. You will also enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment with substantial growth opportunities.
