Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases, a key metric for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retention strategies that directly impact customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement retention campaigns to boost customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  2. Utilize CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap) for targeted segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
  3. Analyze customer behavior, churn patterns, and feedback to develop effective retention strategies.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize retention efforts with overall business objectives.
  5. Track and optimize key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
  6. Evaluate and refine campaigns to continuously enhance 1-2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.

Perks:
