We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Customer Retention Officer to join our team. This role will be based in Bangalore and offers a competitive salary of ₹40 lakhs per annum.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing large customer accounts, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve customer success goals
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management, with a focus on API security, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of managing large customer accounts and achieving customer success metrics
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of API security, cloud platforms, API gateways, and related technologies
- Familiarity with API security challenges, including OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10, WAF, and OAT best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
