About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at BlackBuck. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, improving retention levels, and increasing subscription renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer retention data to identify key drivers of low retention levels
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience and increase retention
- Ideate on ways to increase product recall among customers
- Increase wallet share by improving customer engagement and retention
- Drive subscription renewals through effective customer communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer retention or related field
- Experience in managing tele-calling channels is preferred
