About This Opportunity

We're looking for a Key Regional Growth Strategist who will lead our expansion into new markets, developing strategic plans to achieve growth & profitability targets for their cluster. This includes brand building through local marketing strategies, evaluating and implementing new product features, and identifying opportunities for profit maximization.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware, with experience in opening new stores and managing teams. They'll need to think strategically, make sound business judgments, and negotiate effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of the local market.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Data-driven decision-making is crucial, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing circumstances.

**Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year**
