Sales Lead

At BiteSpeed, we're shaping the future of commerce with our AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite. As a Sales Lead - Revenue Growth Expert, you'll join our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical and take ownership of revenue targets for our fastest growing segment. This role involves leading an outbound calling team and inside sales team, managing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
Sales Role Overview
- Own overall mid-market India new revenue targets and drive growth through innovative strategies
- Manage an outbound team of business development representatives for setting up meetings and appointments
- Lead a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations to optimize sales performance
About You
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure and a track record of managing high velocity sales motions
- Lover of all things business and sales, with a willingness to get your hands dirty to achieve results
- Able to operate in early-stage startup imperfections and demonstrate high agency and adaptability
