Senior Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Manager to join our team at ReSource Pro.
This role involves operating various client systems, performing complex tasks and activities without supervision, adhering to information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The successful candidate will meet and exceed client performance standards, interact with colleagues and supervisors to audit and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, and take the initiative to find solutions and work effectively as part of a team.
A key responsibility will be to develop and implement procedures to meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards.
In addition, the Senior Client Services Manager will compose clear, polite, and well-organized emails to communicate with clients, anticipate their needs proactively, and take the initiative to resolve issues.
They will also coach less-experienced staff in learning procedures and insurance knowledge, analyze the root cause of processing problems, and keep the team and supervisor informed of issues and solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience, at least 1.5 years as a Team Lead or SME, and a Bachelor's Degree. You should possess strong skills in auditing, training, quality checking, SOP creation, process transition, escalation management, performance management, attrition, and shrinkage.
A competitive estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
