  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.">
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.">
  • Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.">
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.">
  • Report to senior leadership on business development metrics and client feedback to improve service offerings.">
  • Generate reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • MBA preferred or any other relevant Master's Degree.">
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategy, preferably within B2B services industry.">
  • Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.">
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.">
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.">
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.">
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.">
