Senior Client Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team in the training and coaching service industry. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Your role will involve understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. With a strong focus on building trust and rapport, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and drive business growth through effective relationship management.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in client services, relationship building, and problem-solving. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Be the go-to person for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals and providing guidance in navigating our programs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key clients, aligning our services with their business needs, and collaborating with internal teams for tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver exceptional service.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support or client services role, showcasing your ability to deliver top-notch service.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication, to effectively interact with customers.
- An empathetic and customer-focused approach to problem-solving, offering solutions with a personal touch.
- Proficiency in handling challenging customer situations with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle a multitude of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools, which aids in providing efficient and responsive assistance.
- A background or familiarity with the training and coaching industry is considered a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Zoom, Dashboard, and CRM tools to facilitate seamless customer support.
