A challenging opportunity awaits a seasoned sales leader at ARA's Leading IT Client.

About the Role:

We seek a visionary National Sales Head to spearhead our managed services sales efforts across the country. With extensive experience in driving strategic sales initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional revenue growth, this role requires a proven leader with 20+ years of experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive the expansion of managed services offerings across industries, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear sales objectives and create actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital solutions, cloud environment management, cybersecurity, and cloud data management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Team Building & Management:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a nationwide sales team to deliver high performance and achieve KPIs. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.

Operational Excellence:

Establish robust sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems to track progress and outcomes. Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and compliance standards in all sales operations.

Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in managed services. Provide actionable insights to refine service offerings and value propositions based on market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the managed services sector.
  • Atleast 10+ years of recent experience should be in the domestic market.
  • Bachelor in Engg or Technology.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
