Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge in the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve team productivity.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and achievement of sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the nutrition supplements industry is highly desirable.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
