Global Selling Manager

ASSPL - Karnataka is seeking an exceptional Instock Manager to join our India Global Selling team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious goal of exporting $10 billion USD of 'Make in India' goods by 2025.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who can develop and execute account strategies for all categories exported from India and all export marketplaces as part of the Global Selling Program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business judgment, have a track record of commercial negotiations and relationship management, and demonstrate deep analytical acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Manage topline, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth for all accounts across all NA, EU, MENA, AU, etc. locales.
- Identify industry trends relevant to customer selection and experience, conduct deep dive analysis, and provide routine executive-level reporting on current business and future opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
- Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within categories and across all markets, in partnership with category managers and country managers across NA, EU, MENA, AU, etc.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue.
- Experience influencing C-level executives.
This position is based out of Bangalore, India, and will work closely with other Global Selling Teams across the world.
