Job Title: Sales Manager-Cross Sell
Function/Department: SME Loans
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager-Cross Sell will be responsible for sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners. They will also establish a quality portfolio and manage a team to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines. The role requires strong relationships, communication, and a risk-averse approach to contribute to the bank's larger objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Ensuring a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Developing extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identifying market trends, developing channels for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service.
- Recommending improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
Education and Experience:
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
