About the Role:


Amazon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the product strategy, product vision, roadmap, and implementation with technology teams for our cross-border selling program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cross-border trade, regulations, logistics, payments, and seller/customer needs.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop a comprehensive product plan, incorporating market requirements, defining the competitive arena, and establishing objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals.
  • Drive product innovation to improve self-service capabilities for sellers to achieve and grow online sales success.
  • Partner closely with the Sale and Business Development leader to drive adoption and ensure processes for onboarding that are easy and intuitive.
  • Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, providing value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment.


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
