Cross-Border Payments Director

The Role:
Razorpay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cross-border charter sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in cross-border payments.
- Generate and qualify leads in customer segments requiring cross-border payment solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market insights and drive product improvements.
- Manage relationships with external partners and key clients to achieve business objectives.
- Represent Razorpay at industry events and conferences to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Proven experience in the Payments Industry, Banking, or Fintech sector.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of P&L management and driving business growth.
