JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our sales team at Karma Group Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our exciting holiday packages to potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell holiday packages
  • Provide detailed information about various destinations, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Communicate the benefits and features of our holiday packages/stays persuasively to customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Follow up with interested customers, answer their queries, and handle objections
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting compelling offers and closing sales
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system
  • Stay updated with the latest holiday deals, destinations, and travel trends to effectively promote our offerings
