The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, fluent in multiple languages, confident in engaging with high-end clientele, and possess a strong understanding of travel geography and tourist destinations in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Actively promote our hospitality services to potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury travel industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process and during their travels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales Consultant, Communication and Convencing
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in at least two additional languages to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Any degree or pre-degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Confident and persuasive in presenting luxury holiday packages to potential clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian geography and popular tourist destinations.
