International Sales Executive

Job Description: As an International Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth in national and international markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an International Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, conducting regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying potential clients and engaging them through presentations and meetings.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning, staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect sales.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
