Role Overview

This full-time on-site position for a Corporate Sales Manager at Forge Breu Hous in Hyderabad involves managing account relationships, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful event execution, all while meeting revenue goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Identify and prospect potential catering clients through networking, lead generation, and outbound sales efforts. Conduct site visits, present catering menus and packages, and tailor proposals to meet client needs. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to secure catering business. Close sales and achieve established revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up. Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized catering solutions. Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments like kitchen, and operations to ensure seamless event execution. Manage event details including menus, beverage selections, table settings, and dietary restrictions. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Sales Strategy and Analysis: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase catering revenue. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Track sales performance against goals and adjust strategies as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Strong sales acumen, including negotiation and closing techniques
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Knowledge of catering trends, menus, and pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Event planning and coordination skills
Working Environment:

This is primarily an office-based role with frequent site visits to potential corporate venues and client locations. May require flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and events, including evenings and weekends.
