Job Overview:

The Associate Sales Manager- Corporate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive corporate sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the food and beverage sector or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify and connect with potential corporate clients, including HR managers, procurement teams, and wellness coordinators
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Develop customized proposals that align with corporate wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare detailed reports for management review
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the food and beverage sector or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness through clean-label products
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required
