Antal International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expansion.

This role will involve driving new client acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing sales.

Job Summary:

  • Gather market intelligence on clients, competitors, industry trends, future projects, etc.
  • Work closely with the operations and accounts team to complete the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate in developing systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development.
  • Create partnerships with different brands to generate market visibility and traction.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership execution, including ideation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Intelligence: Gather information on clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
  2. Sales Cycle Management: Work closely with the operations and accounts team to complete the sales cycle and ensure timely delivery of services.
  3. Business Development: Collaborate in developing systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
  4. Partnership Development: Create partnerships with different brands to generate market visibility and traction.
  5. Partnership Execution: Manage end-to-end partnership execution, including ideation, planning, and implementation.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Business, Marketing, or a relevant specialization, with a minimum of 8-12 years of sales/business development experience.
  • Experience in managing complex B2B sales/BD cycles.
  • Ability to travel within the region.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
